Since the early 1900s the White North property has been an icon for Northeast Ohio. Over the past 20 years over 10 million dollars has been invested to save and preserve not only the land but also the incredible buildings. This final renovation is a capstone to restore The White North Stables property to its former glory. The project includes transformational changes listed below. Our goal is to raise 1 million dollars and over $650,000 has been raised to date. Thank you to our friends and supporters who have donated so generously. We need your help to reach our final goal!
Our goal for 2019 is to raise $350,000 to finish the renovations. The future renovations include many benefits such as:
Renovating the upstairs. Will include; a heated lounge and new kitchen area, bathrooms with showers, changing area, and offices
Convert current kitchen and bathroom into a heated school tack room and tack cleaning area
Add more lockers in the current office/tack room
Clean, update, and paint downstairs bathroom
Update the current laundry room with industrial washing machines
Repair all stairways to hay loft and 2nd story lounge
Old school tack room converted into blanket drying and storage room
Converting the feed room into a storage and blanket drying room
Painting the tack rooms
Remove the wall between new addition and old hay loft for ventilation system
Sprinkler system for both arenas
Update all electrical and plumbing
New siding and windows for the indoor arena
New siding for East/West wings
Updates and quotes for the cottages
Alarm system

White North Stable is very grateful for all of the people and organizations that have donated to the Capstone Campaign. In 2018 we raised $650,000. The renovations we have made so far include:
2 new wash stalls in addition
Renovation of 2 existing wash stalls in main aisle
Masonry work in addition
New Windows in each stall
Construction drawing
Plumbing and electrical for east side and addition
Excavating water lines and electrical
Foundation for footers and cement
Septic system upgrades and repairs
Water tower repair and renovation
Cottage updates
Permits for addition and interiors for existing barn
Excavating and leveling Courtyard and leveling
Classic Equine 45 Stalls and Matts
New Addition with 6 new stalls
Tearing the old stalls down
Building the new stalls
